What are your opening hours?

How do I place an order?
Once you have logged into your account you can browse for a product, enter the product code from the catalogue or use your 'contracts list' which contains your contracted items. Simply enter the quantity of the product you require and click add to cart.
How do I raise a return?
Unwanted products can be returned within 10 days of purchase. Unfortunately we are not able to accept returns requests for items that have been kept for over 10 days. Please call 0845 078 0324 to log your returns request.
What is your returns policy?
Items purchased online will display a message if the item is non-returnable (NR) and may also display a'NR'symbol - if you are in any doubt please do get in touch and we will provide the returns policy for you. We are unable to accept returns on food and beverage products. Items that are ordered as a 'special line' and furniture products will have varying returns policies which will be highlighted on your quote. If for any reason this is missing, please ask your customer service adviser who will happily supply this information.

How do I create a 'Favourites' list?
Browse for your product, click on the heart icon, enter a name within the 'New List' field and click add to favourites. You can then add more items to your list, edit or create another new list.
What if I forget my password?
Click on the passwords link and your password will be sent to you.
How do I approve an order?
Login to your online ordering account as normal, select the 'authorise' tab, select the order 'document number', check the order (amend quantities etc if necessary) and click 'update order' and then check out.
How do I cancel an order?
Login to your online ordering account as normal, select 'authorise' tab, click the relevant order 'document no', click 'empty cart and the order will be cancelled. The orderer will be notified by email that the order has been cancelled.
How do I find my contracted list of products?
Go to the ‘contracts’ header on the online ordering homepage.
Is everything delivered next day?
98% of items can be delivered next day if ordered before 5pm, with a same day delivery option available for a small fee.
What are the delivery lead times?
All standard items ordered by 5pm will be delivered the next working day. Should an item be out of stock, we will advise you that it’s on a back order along with an ETA. Special order items delivery schedules will be advised at the time of your order.

What management reports can you provide on a monthly basis?
The information is as flexible as you wish it to be. These reports can be generated either by administrator level users within your organisation or by your account manager.
